Introduction of Bangladesh
Bangladesh is a delta region. Many rivers flow through it. Its fertile soil helps luxuriant growth of plants. Major portion of this country is plain and a small portion is high and hilly. This is a country of villages. Bangladesh is a beautiful country in south-east Asia. The Bay of Bengal lies on the south of the country. The other three sides are surrounded by India but it shares a bit of the south-east border with Myanmar. Bangladesh achieved independence in 1971. March 26 is the Independence Day and December 16 is the Victory Day of this country. Bangladesh has a population of around 130 million and among them 95% people speak in Bangla and the rest speak in some dialects. English is also spoken in private office and business communication. About 85% of the Bangladeshis are Muslims and the rests are Hindus, Buddhists and Christians. People of all castes, creeds and sectors enjoy here equal right as a citizen of Bangladesh. Bangladesh is an agri country. But there are some industries too. Bangladesh is the most densely populated country in the world. But Bangladesh is often called a land of natural beauties.She is the nature's darling son.Bangladesh is a playground of nature. She is surrounded by Greenery nature.Bangladesh is fulfilled by natural wealth, green fields overflowing with golden crops and rivers-canals-ponds.Her tropical climate brings abundance of sunshine, plenty of cloud,rain, moonlit night, the spotless blue and cloudy sky - all these present scenes of romantic charm and beauty.The people of Bangladesh enjoy six seasons in a year, summer is the main season of Bangladesh. The summer comprises the months of Baishakh and Jaistha in Bengal. It is the season of sunshine and heat. This is the most terrific season of the year because the 'Kal baishakhi' visits this region every year. Cyclone causes havoc to this country. After that the months of Ashar and Sravan are called rainy season. Continuous rains fill canals , ponds and rivers overflow the banks. When white sails of clouds ply over the blue sky, it indicates the advent of utumn. The month of Bhadra and Ashwin are called autumn. It is neither too hot, nor too cold or too rainy. After autumn comes a period when the winter cripples slowly but it isn't actually cold. It is the season of fog and mist and the harvesting season. All crops ripe in this season. Winter appears with its fog, mist and cold. Life in nature seems dull. The sunshine is very delightful. Last of all, spring presents variety of colors, the best season of all the countries. It is hailed all over the country for its flowers, sweet songs of birds and a very pleasant weather. Dhaka is the capital city of Bangladesh. Bangladesh is a democratic country. Our role in the field of international relationship is praised by all quarters. We are proud of our country.
